Un Fin De Semana De Relajarse

July 23, 2005, Sat.: Almost positive I slept in. Mom and I were gonna venture out together but it was just too damn hot to be outside. Simple pleasures combined (i.e. the internet, air conditioning and no family bickering) go a long way, lemme tell you. Apparently, Sarah got a new cat and Jill saw it. I received a pic of Sam the cat via phone--he looks so loveable. Talked to the parents about wanting to buy Jason a PSP for his birthday. Dad said he can get a 10% card or whatever at Target, cool. Maybe Sharon could split the present half-half. Then I would be paying about $125 which wouldn't be too bad. He just deserves a really awesome gift. I realize that as I grow to love JC more and more everyday =). Right, besides the aforementioned and just chatting with my parents about other things, nothing else is noteworthy.

7/24/05, Sunday: Congratulations to Lance Armstrong in the Tour de France! The race was finally over. I admit, the only reason I even cared was because of work. Yeah, guess who got paged at 8:00 AM?! They are so lucky I was already awake...just lying in bed. So I called them back. Spoke with Cody...apparently, they didn't receive some of the materials that were supposed to be played about Lance winning. Ugh...I mean, I had no idea what to do. Instructed them to just swap those missing spots out with stuff we already have but to double-check with Laura. Hmm...got paged AGAIN to find out they had a bad number for Laura's pager, great. I think they figured out what to do since they didn't page me again--thank God. So yeah...my Sunday morning was kinda stressful. I was a major sloth the entire day, otherwise. I kept taking naps, haha. When I was awake, I watched Simpsons and Family Guy. Entertaining. Updated...took a shower...and before I knew it--the day was spent. Sorry this was so boring, guys. I woulda had a quiz or something...but I'm not logged onto my regular account because my computer is a flaming homosexual.

Wow...I am glad that Lance Armstrong won because he is going to be retiring now.

Lance

Really?? Whoa...thanks for telling me. I had no idea...Even though I'm not really an aficionado of cycling, you gotta admire Lance Armstrong.
